Sell Land Easy (“we”, “us”) buys vacant land. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Public records: owner names, mailing addresses and parcel details from county property records, which we use to send written offers.
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property details and messages when you fill out our website form, call, text or email us.
- Calls: calls to and from our office are recorded, and may be answered by an automated assistant on our behalf, so we can follow up accurately.
How we use it
To answer your questions, discuss and prepare an offer on your property, schedule calls, prepare and send purchase paperwork, work with the title or escrow company handling a closing, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example our phone, text messaging and email providers) and with the title or escrow company handling your sale, and only for those purposes, or when the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information sharing with service providers described above excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.

Your choices
To stop letters, calls or texts, or to ask us to update or delete your information, contact us below. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations.
